Shipping is paid for by the customer upon order. All items are securely packaged, fully insured, and shipped via Priority USPS.
In-Store Pickup
In the event “In-Store Pickup” is selected during checkout, one of our sales associates will reach out within 24 hours (M-F) via the contact information provided in your order to notify you that your item is ready for pickup. Proof of purchase and formal ID will be required on pick-up.
Safe & Prompt Delivery
- All items are insured and registered for their full value
- Adult (21+) signature required on select deliveries
- Shipping to PO boxes is not permitted, however, we do accept PO box addresses for billing purposes
When Will Your Order Ship?
Certain items are available to ship the same day as the order while others are made to order. For made to order pieces please allow 2-6 weeks for material sourcing, creation, and delivery. In most cases, rings and jewelry can be made in under 2-4 weeks, but certain designs or sourcing of specialty materials may require more time & additional craftsmanship to complete. Once your piece is created and inspected, we will notify you via email &/or with a phone call, then we will prepare your item for shipping. You will receive tracking information so you can follow your custom ring's journey on its way home to you!
